She’s an education administrator at one of Texas’s largest charter school networks, a proud Texas Southern University alum, and the embodiment of resilience. With a Bachelor’s in Health Administration and a Master’s in Education from Concordia University, she’s now chasing her PhD in Educational Law. Chels is the type who sees challenges and keeps moving, because that’s just who she is.
