To the Woman Who Never Felt Good Enough

Hey Girl!

I see you. I see those parts of you that have always craved validation, longing for someone to tell you that you’re enough just as you are. You’ve carried that weight for so long, haven’t you? It’s like a shadow that’s always there, whispering that you need to do more, be more, achieve more to be worthy of love and acceptance.

I know this struggle all too well because it’s something I’ve battled with too. There have been so many moments in my life where I felt like I wasn’t enough—like I needed to do more, be more, to be worthy of love, respect, or even my own happiness.

But here’s what I’ve learned: You’ve always been enough, and so have I.

That little girl inside you—the one who felt overlooked, who tried so hard to be perfect, who just wanted to be seen, heard, and cherished—she’s enough. She’s always been worthy of love, just as she is.

It’s okay to grieve those moments when you didn’t get what you needed. It’s okay to feel the pain from the times when you felt small, invisible, or unworthy. But you don’t have to carry that burden anymore. You can let it go. You’re free to embrace the love and acceptance that have always been there inside you, just waiting for you to see it.

The woman you are today is amazing. You’re strong, resilient, and beautiful in ways that words can’t fully capture. You’ve come so far, and you’re still growing, still healing, still learning to love yourself the way you’ve always deserved.

So, sis, I want you to know that you are seen, you are valued, and you are loved. You are enough. You always have been, and you always will be. And today, I hope you start to truly believe that.

With love,

Chels

Dear Heavenly Father,

I lift up my sister to You. You know her heart, her struggles, and the deep desire within her to feel worthy and loved. I pray that You flood her with Your truth, reminding her that she is wonderfully made in Your image and that she has always been enough in Your eyes. Help her to let go of the burdens that have weighed her down, to release the doubts that have held her back, and to embrace the fullness of who she is in You. Surround her with Your peace, fill her with Your love, and guide her to walk confidently in the purpose You have for her life.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
